Yah, it’s probably fake. At least, thats what her rep is claiming. However, that would be the default answer in this situation. Deny, deny, deny… she is only 16 after all. Get your damn head out of the gutter. Course, she sort of fuels this herself when she releases bikini photos and sexy pose photos from her cell phone… so what does she expect? OK Magazine has the word, and it follows.If someone passes along a photo purportedly of Miley Cyrus involved in sexual activitiy, take note – it’s a fake, the teen singer’s rep says.

“The alleged photo of Miley Cyrus circulating the internet is completely fabricated,” the singer’s rep tells the New York Daily News.

We’ve gotta say, altering a picture of 16-year-old in that way is pretty low.

Miley was already hit with a bit of scandal when posed semi-topless on the cover of Vanity Fair last year at the age of 15. Shortly afer, her cell phone was hacked and pictures of her posing in bikinis were sent out.

Brett Michaels and his band performed a song at the 2009 Tony’s and a stage accident seems to almost have cost him his life. He was jaunting happily towards the back of the stage after the performance when another set piece was being hoisted down and it looks from the video like it almost decapitates him. I’m not a big Brett fan but I don’t wish decapitation upon him. It clearly knocks him off his feet entirely. You’ve gotta squint to see it, but it’s at the 17 second mark in the video. Enjoy.

If your like me and you can’t stand watching MTV you might have missed the MTV awards. I’m too lazy to find out if its movie awards or music awards and frankly my dear, I don’t give a damn. What I did find out however was that Eminem and Bruno (played by Sacha Baron Cohen, also did Borat… trust me, you know him) had staged a small “skit” that was to be a fake stage-hand failure type thing… however Bruno did not tell Eminem that he was going to be wearing a thong that didn’t really hide anything. They quickly went into the 69 position in front of the world and then Eminem stormed off. It’s a piece of comedic genius and I love it. Sacha Baron Cohen continues to impress with his skills and comes up with new ideas to push the limit all the time. Now I really need to see Bruno. Video after the jump.

Chris Brown is a moron. Not only did he do something unforgivable, but he hasn’t had the brains to even do the right thing after the situation. The guy has had 100 different opportunities to defuse the bomb and make some PR leaps and he’s failed miserable at each one. Even when he tries to come off apologetic and “nice” — he screws it up. I can only guess that either he doesn’t have a publicist or he ignores him completely. Or perhaps he’s hired Jessica Simpson as his publicist. I’m not sure. Here’s a video:

The 20-year-old singer – who has pleaded not guilty to assaulting his on/off girlfriend Rihanna – has released a video thanking fans for their support and insisting many of the rumours circulating about him are untrue. In the excerpt, posted on video sharing site YouTube, Chris says: “I just wanna say, ‘What up?’ because I ain’t been out there in a minute. New album will be coming soon. We’re working on it right now. Called ‘Graffiti’. Got everything on it, know what I’m saying? I’ll be ready for that. I’m about to drop a single this summer for y’all. So we ain’t going nowhere. “Everybody that’s haters, they just been haters. All my real fans, I love you all. I ain’t a monster.”

Chris has been charged with felony assault and making criminal threats in relation to allegations he bit, choked and punched Rihanna in February. A court hearing relating to the case is due to take place today (28.05.09) although Chris is not expected to attend. Meanwhile, Chris is being sued by a man who claims he was assaulted by one of the singer’s security team at a Los Angeles fitness club last March.
Photographer Robert Rosen – who is a member of the gym – alleges the bodyguard chased him after he took a photograph of Chris while the star was playing basketball. Rosen claims an employee at the fitness club blocked his exit, but he managed to escape. He then fell down a flight of stairs, after which he alleges the bodyguard “picked him up by his shorts, and physically assaulted him”.

He is suing Chris and the gym for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment. Chris’ lawyer Mark Geragos said: “This is a specious and frivolous lawsuit by one of the paparazzi seeking publicity and a payday. He’s done this before and lost. We will vigorously defend against this.”

I don’t know if there is a polite way to say this… I’m not sure if I should even bother. What the hell, it’s time for a change of pace right? Britney Spears has a whole host of costume people, dancers and just generally hundreds of people back stage in place to make sure stuff goes smoothly and everything is just right. I’m pretty sure that one of them should have been able to catch the tampon string hanging out of her panties quite easily…. i mean it’s right there, in your face, and huge. It’s not a quarter of an inch of string we’re talking about. It looks like a good 2″ to 3″ of it. The ladies can chime in here a bit better then me… but I’ve got to say…. it’ll be at least another week before I can get this image out of my mind and start thinking about having sex with you again Britney.

Yes, I know that’s not a word. But you knew what the hell I was talking about didn’t you? Now, about the board feed… this is from the Today’s Show and it shows a much less then flattering Beyonce. In fact, less then flattering ain’t even the right words. How can I say, terrible? No… that’s not cutting it either. Let me bust out my thesaurus…abhorrent, appalling, atrocious, awe-inspiring, awesome, awful, beastly, dangerous, desperate, dire, disastrous, disturbing, dread, dreaded, dreadful, extreme, fearful, frightful, ghastly, gruesome, harrowing, hateful, hideous, horrendous, horrid, horrifying, inconvenient, loathsome, monstrous, obnoxious, odious, offensive, petrifying, poor, repulsive, revolting, rotten, serious, severe, shocking, unfortunate, unnerving, unpleasant, unwelcome, vile.  There we go… all that stuff. Sorry to all you Beyonce fans out there, but this is just terrible. I can sing better then this when I’m drunk off my ass on 4 40’s of HG Steel Reserve. Upside Down. While puking…. in someones boot.

And they twittered about it. I’m totally amazed at the number of people who use twitter… including stars. The people who supposedly value their privacy more then anyone else. Tons of them using twitter so that the people they don’t want to know anything about them can find out everything about them as soon as it happens. Here’s what she had to say: “so this is why I don’t drive,or get up early. Just got into a little car accident in la..but we’re all ok. Neither of us were driving.”

I find it amazingly ironic that Britney Spears feels she is in the position to give “life advice” to concert goers. On 2nd thought, anyone caught dead at a Britney Spears concert probably needs an intervention because you’d have to be high as hell to even consider going there. However, it really needs to come from someone who has their act together, like Chris Brown or something.

This video shows Britney Spears and her dancing crew (who also acts as her personal harem) leaving the stage and dishing the advice. Apparently there was an odor of mari JU WHANNA in the air and they decided it was unsafe. Shortly after the PA system announced the following quote:

“It’s become uncomfortable and unsafe for the performers, including Ms. Spears. The show will resume as soon as the air around the stage is clear. The performance will not proceed until the air clears.”

They later came back to finish the show and Brit had more words of wisdom to dish out:

“Thank you Vancouver. Drive safe, don’t smoke weed and rock out with your co#$ out. Peace out mother fu3$@ers!”
