“On average, I take about three or four [exercise] classes a week, but five is my goal. I do everything from boot camp, which combines the treadmill and free weights, to a cardio barre class, which is a non-impact lengthening and strengthening,” the former Dancing With the Star’s host said.

“I also do Vinyasa and Bikram yoga, which of course, really gets you sweating in the 100-degree room.”

In addition to hosting, Samantha also juggles beauty product endorsements and is designing her own clothing line (not to mention motherhood!), but she refuses to let anything stand in the way of her workouts.

“When I can’t get to a class, I run the stairs on the CBS lot. It’s not the most beautiful view, but it lets me squeeze in a workout between shoots,” she says, adding that she even enlists her husband, Michael Hess, to join her sometimes

The one thing Harris doesn’t want to turn to is plastic surgery, but she says it’s a reality we all face. “You never really know what’s going to happen and how you’re going to feel in another ten years about your face and your looks. So who knows? I think we kid ourselves to think that we wouldn’t ever consider plastic surgery, but I would love not to.”

The film, starring Adam Sandler and Jack Nicholson, centers around a man who is ordered to attend anger management sessions, ironically led by a therapist who needs anger therapy himself.

“I chose Anger Management because, while it might be a big stretch for me to play a guy with serious anger management issues, I think it is a great concept,” Charlie said, noting that this time around, production will be on his own terms.

Lionsgate Television announced Monday that they will be producing the sitcom, adding that Sheen will have a “significant ownership stake” and “a certain amount of creative control.” However, Charlie’s role in the series has yet to be publicized.

Charlie’s anger issues over the creative direction of Two and a Half Men led to his termination from the show.

Two and a Half Men will return to CBS in the fall for its ninth season, with Ashton Kutcher replacing Charlie.

Paris walked out of an interview with Good Morning America’s Dan Harris when asked if she thinks she is perhaps past her prime. After returning the heiress to the Hilton fortune said, “I’ve been doing this for 15 years now, so it’s been a long time … so just like any other business person or someone in the industry, it’s always important to reinvent yourself and come up with new projects.”

Paris, who has grown from a notorious party girl to the head of a billion-dollar empire, has kept herself busy for over a decade — especially for a girl who was born into the lap of luxury. Yet, her latest endeavor, the Oxygen reality series The World According to Paris, debuted to only 400,000 viewers and has consistently scored low ratings ever since. Although eager to prove that she has in fact matured, the series shows Paris in her natural habitat — with constant shopping trips and run-ins with the paparazzi.

However, during the interview, the barely 30-year-old revealed that her on screen persona is somewhat of an act. “It’s the character that I developed for The Simple Life. They wanted a character that was an airhead with a baby voice, and so that’s a character that I do, and I had to do it for five seasons,” she said, adding that her behavior on the show is simply for entertainment. “And so sometimes when I’m on camera I’ll revert back to it, just because I’m so used to it because I did it for so long.”

Paris also admitted that after watching the show she noticed the lack of chemistry between her and then-boyfriend Cy Waits. Deciding it wasn’t quite working out, Paris ended the relationship.

In an entry titled “Face of Terror” posted Friday on her TLC blog, Kate opens up about her dance-floor jitters.

“I’ve been told by more than one person (including a “DWTS” producer) that on the night of the first “DWTS” elimination, the expression on my face looked like something out of a horror movie.

“I didn’t realize this, obviously, until I saw it for myself … and even I was a bit frightened.
