After having what is described as “an open marriage” become public last year and more recently, Demi Moore has filed for divorce from Ashton Kutcher ending the couples 6 year marriage. Reports are stating that the couple had an ongoing agreement to see and hook up with other people. Ashton has been publicly outed multiple times over his random hook ups with women, and one even on the couples sixth year wedding anniversary. Ashton took to his Twitter account to tell his followers the news, “I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi”. So let me get this straight, you have a hot older superstar that is worth a whopping 290 million dollars, is bisexual, and is willing to let you fuck other women, and you ruin it. Ashton, you suck at life.

Dr. Conrad Murray was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter from the death of Michael Jackson, dating almost two and half years ago on June 25, 2009. The story goes kinda like this “Hee-Hee! Says Jackson… Nearly 50 witnesses and 22 days of testimony the jury found the defendant guilty of abdicating his duty or of acting with reckless criminal negligence, directly causing his patient’s death. The prosecution had called Jackson’s relationship with Murray a “pharmaceutical experiment”.

Sentencing will be held November 29th where the doctor can face up to four years of jail time!

I wonder if Jackson had told him “Don’t stop till you give enough“?

RaRadarOnline.com says sources close to the situation tell them Woods will pay Uchitel over $1 million, but less than $3 million, for a guarantee that she won’t release the reported hundreds of e-mails and texts they’ve exchanged over the past five months, or admit to the alleged affair publicly.
Radar adds that the negotiations were “acrimonious” at times.

What really happened? Who knows. My guess is that she got mad at Shawne Merriman for something or other and when he simply tried to get her a safe ride home she decided to use it as an opportunity to get back at him. Women, if you didn’t know, are vindictive!

When she was initially arrested, Brumfield reportedly told police the child  died after sustaining a head injury following a fall from a playpen. It is  alleged she did not call for help for two-and-a-half hours.  An autopsy showed the youngster had a fractured skull and a brain injury,  prompting the death to be ruled a homicide.

A police spokesman said at the time:

“It’s not believable that a one year  old can balance themselves on a railing. We do believe her head hit a hard  object but you would either have to fall harder or hit something with more  force than a 28-inch playpen fall.”

After Brumfield’s arrest, Thornton’s publicist said:

“Mr. Thornton is  estranged from Amanda and has had no contact with her for quite some time.  “However, when informed about this situation, he commented that, ‘Any time a  baby’s life is lost is an unimaginable tragedy and my heart goes out to the  baby’s family and loved ones.’ “
