In another step to put their messy split behind them, Jon and Kate Gosselin have finally sold their old Elizabethtown, Pa., home — at a loss. The exes, who officially divorced in December, put the house up for sale in March 2009 for $325,000, but settled 10 months later for 21 percent off the original listing price and $22,000 less than the formerly happy couple paid for the home back in 2006. Jon, Kate, and their eight children moved into a $1.1 million, 6,000-square-foot home in Wernersville, Pa., in October 2008, only to call it quits the next summer. Their popular TLC reality show, Jon and Kate Plus 8, ended in November.
