‘Twilight’ star Taylor Lautner will reportedly gain stretchy super powers in an upcoming big-screen adventure.
Lautner will play the title role in ‘Stretch Armstrong,’ based on the Hasbro toy and due out in March 2012.
“In the past two years, Taylor has emerged as a real star at the global box office,” Universal Pictures co-chairwoman Donna Langley tells the trade. “He brings the perfect balance of energy and athleticism to the role of an unlikely super hero with a fantastic super power.”
