It looks like it’s more bad news for Mischa Barton. The actress has been sued by her landlord, MRA Realties Inc., after allegedly refusing to pay her $7,000-a-month rent on her New York apartment. The company claims the former ‘O.C.’ star has failed to make payments on her pad for the last three months. It’s been a tough past year for Mischa — her CW drama, ‘The Beautiful Life’, was canceled in September, and she was placed under involuntary psychiatric hold after a reported breakdown in July.
