Nicole Kidman says that her decision to settle with husband Keith Urban in the Nashville area has forced her to curtain her movie career. – And that’s just fine with her.
“There are certain limitations to my career because I’m based here,” she tells Ladies Home Journal. “And that’s cool. Keith has enormous ambitions, which I support. His tours and albums are much bigger than what I’m doing right now.”
The two also own homes in Los Angeles and Australia, but spend most of their time at their farm just outside Nashville.
“Even when I was was living like a gypsy, running from movie to movie, living out of a suitcase, I think I always had a dream of this family life, a vision of it in the future.” she says.
“Ween you’re happy, I think you can live anywhere.” Not that Nicole has given up acting altogether-her new movie, the ensemble musical “Nine”, opens in a limited release December18 and more widely the following week. Keith, Nicolle and daughter Sunday Rose will spend Christmas with family in Australia, where Kieth is touring this month.

Unfortunately, I do think Keith’s marriage to Nicole has slowed his career acknowlegement/recogniciation of the fantastic talent he has as a country performer. Keith should absolutely been noticed as Male Entertainer of the Year and Entertainer of the Year and Album of the Year. He is so talented but I don’t think the country music industry really noticed and/or apprecited his contribution to country music this past year or two. If it because of his marriage to Nicole than I think this is very sad. I am thrilled that Keith and Nicole found each other and are so in love and have a beautiful baby girl; Sunday Rose and I hope that because of this happiness he has in his life now that others don’t continue to NOT take notice of his extreme talent!! Much love, joy, happiness and success to you always Keith! Come back to Boston, MA next year – PLEASE!
I’ve said that least 4580552 times. The problem this like that is they are just too compilcated for the average bird, if you know what I mean
