Burns & Poe filmed a video for “Cowboy Stomp,” the Dallas Cowboys’ 2009 theme song, on November 16 at the Cowboys Stadium.
The song was written by Keith Burns and Mark Oliverius, and features a guest appearance by Cowboy Troy. “This was a twofold ‘event’ for us,” says Keith. “To be invited to the Cowboys Stadium to film their anthem and to be surrounded by all those beautiful cheerleaders, and all on my birthday! I couldn’t think of a better way to sped it!”
Burns & Poe includes former Trick Pony member Keith alongside onetime Dierks Bentley bass player and solo artist Michelle Poe.
