Ozzy admits that he only gave Luke Worral permission to propose to his daughter with the condition that they live together before they get married. Ozzy explained: “I said: ‘You can propose, but don’t even think about getting married, don’t even go there! “ Ozzy continued: “Kelly’s not a baby, I can’t tell her what to do, but I’ve said if they want to give it a try, live together first. I think it’s better they’re with each other because they want to be- not because they have to. And everyone seems to get divorced these days.” Ozzy has also voiced his concerns that they will get married without him being there. He said: “I would be disappointed if she said to me, ‘Dad, I went to Las Vegas last weekend and got married.’ And that would be for not other reason than I want to walk her down the aisle. It is every father’s dream. If she gets married it will be a sad day for me, and if they break up, Kelly will be terribly sad.”
