Nick Lachey was stunned when he heard the news that his former pooch was taken by coyotes. He said: “I think a lot of people forget that Daisy was my dog too- for years. I’m sure she (Jessica Simpson) was upset. I was upset.” He has had time to cope with Daisy’s death and now he can see it from a rational point of view. He told ‘Access Hollywood’: “I didn’t reach out to Jessica. It was sad to hear that had happened, but it’s part of the cycle of life.”
