Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, Mel B, and Mel C had dinner at the Palm restaurant in London Wednesday night. Seems like they might be planning getting back together. Mel B later Tweeted: “Spice Girls, stadiums??? Had dinner with the amazing Mel C Emma and Geri I love them so much.” The foursome was only missing Victoria Beckham who is busy launching her Spring/Summer 10 collection at New York Fashion Week.
