When Katie Price was defending the “then” love of her life Alex Reid, she tried to pull some heat off of him by claiming she was raped in the past. Is it true? Who knows… but we will soon find out. Despite trying to keep everyone calm and play it down after the fact, the cops are launching an investigation.
We will soon know if she fabricated the story or if its legitimate. My guess she fabricated it for attention back then and then brought it up again now to try and take some heat off Alex.
It also appears that she’s going “cold” on Alex and that the couple will soon split. Man this girl sure falls out of love fast.
Police have launched an investigation into Katie Price’s rape claims.
Even though the glamour model has repeatedly refused to officially report the sexual assault – which she claims was carried out by a “famous celebrity” – officers are looking into the allegation.
A police spokeswoman said: “No report of a rape has been made to Surrey Police. Officers from Surrey Police have not yet spoken to her. However, officers will be following lines of enquiry into this offence.”
Katie – whose divorce from singer Peter Andre will be finalised in five weeks – revealed she had been raped in her magazine column.
The confession sparked a media frenzy, prompting Katie to phone British TV show ‘The Wright Stuff’ yesterday (16.09.09) and vow she would never reveal the identity of her attacker.
Shortly afterwards, she reportedly said the man’s name while she was being filmed for her reality TV show, ‘What Katie Did Next’.
The show’s entire production team has been sworn to secrecy to stop the attacker’s identity becoming public.
A source said: “There is a three-line whip here. A handful of people know who it is but they are absolutely not allowed to even tell their loved ones.”
