Jackson Family lashing out at anyone and everyone. Going sue crazy.

The Jackson Family has been pointing fingers at everyone in the world except themselves. The Dr. must have killed Michael. The Promoters must have killed Michael. They are now considering suing the promotors of Michael Jackson’s come back tour for wrongful death. Katherine Jackson specifically.

Let me ask you a question. If the tour was such a bad thing (and I agree, it was) why didn’t any of the Jackson’s step in and convince Michael not to do it? Answer: Because he was broke and needed the money and knows he needed to do it. If the Jackson’s can’t convince their son not to do the tour, then why should the tour promoters themselves be the ones that are forced to stop him?

In my opinion, if anyone in this situation is guilty it’s the people who should have been close to Michael and protecting him in his time of need. That’s not the job of some strangers/promoters, whatever.

Your thoughts?

Michael Jackson’s mother wants to sue the promoters of his London comeback shows.

Katherine Jackson claims the pressures of the 50-date residency which her son was talked into led to his death.

She is believed to be targeting both the promoters behind the shows, AEG, and Michael’s personal doctor, Conrad Murray, in a $100 million wrongful death lawsuit.

Katherine’s lawyer Burt Levitch said: “The possibility of a wrongful death action has been floated.

“In that regard, no decision has been finalised. Dr. Murray’s name has been put forward because he is under investigation.

“It’s fairly obvious from press accounts that AEG had a very active role in Michael’s life for the last six months. They paid for his home and for Dr. Conrad Murray.”

Katherine may sue for her son’s loss of earnings and her emotional distress.

Michael died of a suspected cardiac arrest in June, after reportedly ingesting a cocktail of prescription drugs.

Dr. Murray was with him at the time of his death, and is alleged to have administered powerful anaesthetic Propofol.

Michael was rehearsing for his comeback shows at the time of his death, and his family believe he turned to drugs to get through his gruelling preparation schedule for the performances.

A spokesperson for AEG said: “It would be inappropriate to speculate on any potential litigation.”

Meanwhile, the Jackson family have confirmed Michael will be buried on August 29, which would have been his 51st birthday.

The service will take place at 10am at Los Angeles’ Forest Lawn Memorial Park cemetery.
