I need another TV show with Jessica Simpson on it like I need a flaming case of the herps. Watching Jessica Simpson attempt to go about her life is similar to watching a blind man navigate a maze… without the benefit of touch smell and sound. I’ve seen people dumber then Jessica Simpson, but I can count them on one hand. I guess that’s part of the point though, you can make fun of her and make yourself feel better about how much more superior you are over her.. and maybe that makes us feel better. I think maybe Jessica and Jack Handy should team up and I might watch the show. Here’s the scoop:Jessica Simpson is to make a return to reality TV. The ‘With You’ singer – who starred in MTV’s ‘Newlyweds’ with ex-husband Nick Lachey – will travel the world with a friend to find out what is deemed beautiful for new show ‘The Price of Beauty’. Jessica’s representative said: “Jessica is indeed working on a new show, but network details have not been finalised at this time.” The 28-year-old blonde – who was criticised for her seemingly fuller figure earlier this year – signed on to the show after undergoing an intense exercise regime to makeover her figure.
Jessica recently defended her decision to star in ‘Newlyweds’, insisting the programme didn’t destroy her relationship. She explained: “The show made me understand what marriage is, what love is, what commitment is. In all honesty, I believe it did not affect our marriage. Because we enjoyed watching those episodes, and that will always be a time I cherish.”
