The news on the Rihanna vs. Chris Brown superbout extravaganza has been pretty quiet lately. We will see a round 2 of this fierce match up? Will there be another ‘Thrilla in Manilla’ type meeting? Only time will tell. However, since there hasn’t been much to report I’ll give you a quick recap on what’s been happening lately.
Chris Brown is due in court next week where he is expected to enter a plea on 2 felony counts.
Rihanna is not expecting to attend court and will most assuredly not testify against Chris Brown. Her attorney’s are saying: “She will do everything that the law requires her to do.” Which is a publicists way of saying that she has no legal requirement to testify, so she won’t. You gotta read between the lines, yo.
In addition, Rihanna has been spending time traveling and staying away from Chris Brown who has tried to maintain a low profile in his home town where there are less paps.
