I took care of my father while he was sick with lung cancer and I can see that Patrick Swayze is not doing well. As with my dad, he is showing the same weight loss and has that gaunt look that says the end is soon near. I have always been a fan of his and I feel really so bad for him and his family. I feel so very sorry for his poor wife. They have been together for over 30 years and I know this is extra hard for her. I too, have been married to the same man for over 30 years and I can’t imagine how terrible it would be to have to watch him waste away like I did with my dad. Cancer is a terrible death because it’s like it eats you alive. My heart goes out to anybody that is suffering from it.
I hope people will keep giving to the American Cancer Society. They are fighting this disease with a vengence and need your dollars to win the war.
