Joe Francis was arrested Monday for appearing in court 5 hours late. When he did finally show up at 1:30 Melissa A. Weinberger his counsel told the court her client was suffering from the flu. Francis is charged with tax evasion by deducting more then $20 million with bogus expenses in 2002 and 2003. Maybe we can expect an Inmates Gone Wild?
