Barker sad – Sue happy
These days everyone seems a little quick to sue even Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker. We found out Friday that Barker is reportedly suing the companies involved in his plane crash that seriously injured him, DJ AM, killing two other friends and the pilots. A few companies mentioned are the plane’s owners, Goodyear Tire, and an airplane maintenance company seeking more then $25k in damages.
He is seeking damages for pain and suffering, disfigurement, loss of earnings, and medical and legal expenses. Come on man this was a very unfortunate event. Can’t we just leave it at that, why point the finger?
