It looks like Mark Cuban (owner of the Dallas Mavericks and currently bidding to be the Cubs owner) is in trouble with the SCC.
The SCC has recently accused him of insider trading. Apparently he dumped 600,000 shares of Mamma.com just prior to an announcement that heavily diluted the shares. Coincedence? Time will tell.
I can’t help seeing the famous “He Fine Me” jerseys needing to be changed to “He Jail Me”.

I would imagine that being in a ‘federal pound me in the a$$ prison’ might hamper Cuban’s odds for picking up the Cubbies now as well.
