Cher

Who cares if Cher is selling her home, right?  We have all read about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s estate in France, as well as many other celebrities’ pads.  Moreover, we have read how valuable their houses are, and how much they have been selling them for.  Lots of money.

Cher, like many celebrities, is putting her house up for sale now.  It is located in Malibu, California-where else?!-and most of her furniture has already been auctioned off.  The last piece to sell is the actual house.  It is an Italian-style, Renaissance villa that was built in 1992.  The sale price?  $45 million. 

The villa is 14,000 square feet on 1.7 acres of land looking out at the Pacific Ocean.  It is 3 storeys, has a pool, tennis court, and a guest house.  Must be nice!
