Despite being hammer out of his mind, and getting behind the wheel of a car, Shia “The Beef” LaBeouf may not have caused the crash.
Shia, who flipped his truck and injured three people including himself, when he drank his face off at a club and then decided it would be a great idea to drive himself home, is not the one to be blaimed. Los Angeles County Sheriff spokesman Steve Whitmore told the media today that “It appears he was not at fault. We have strong evidence that the other driver ran a red light”
The other woman in his car has been identified as Isabel Lucas who is his costar in the new Transformer’s movie.
Shia is still in the hospital recovering from hand surgey and according to his mother he’s “doing fine.”
…so….Shia is a good drunk driver? Still throw the book at him, please.
