Britney’s battle is over
Its over! Its finally, really over.
Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have ended their custody battle which spanned the last two years. A judge signed the agreement yesterday making their arrangement official. The deal gives Kevin sole custody of Preston and Jayden with Britney getting two visits a week and one overnight visit.
Right after the agreement was first reached, BritBrit stepped out looking better then she had in months. So by that logic, more time away from the kids can only improve her chances of a comeback.
Britney is “thrilled” by the arrangement, according to her lawyer Laura Wasser. “She couldn’t have asked for anything more.”
Spears also agreed to support Federline in his bid to do nothing with the rest of his life. She agreed to pay $20 000 a month in child support and pay off K-Fed’s legal fees.
“This has been a long ordeal and for it to be over makes him very happy,” his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan said. Kaplan added “And why wouldn’t he be happy? Ca-CHING! I mean…. the children….right.”*
