Say it aint so!
And its looking like it aint.
News is all over the cyber world and gossip rags that Christian Bale was arrested, and then promptley released, by London authorities today. His is alledged to have assalted his mother and sister in a hotel room in London this weekend and the police polietly waited until after the UK premier of the Dark Knight to arrest him. Supposidly, the fight was as a result of verbal abuse and a shove over a “long running family dispute.”
Now the word is Christian isnt the bad guy here. Bale issued a denail of the assult and things are begining to look a little fishy. His mother was quoted as saying “We didn’t call the police to the scene. I can’t say anymore but we didn’t call the police”. She also says that it is a “Family situation but the police are handeling it”. Though she repeated again to London’s Telegraph that she had nothing to do with notifying the police, it was reported that she was the one who filed the charges. So she never “called” the police like she said, but she did actually go to the station. Semantics!
Christian, you stole my heart and Winona Ryders from the first moments of Little Women. I actually watched Equillibrium. Lets hope everything works out.
