Kevin and Britney before the rough times

There have been many occasions where Britney proved to the public that she is an unfit mother.  The judge agrees.  Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline reached a settlement involving their two sons. Kevin was given sole custody, while Britney has visitation rights.

While Britney was hospitalized for mental and health issues, Kevin proved his worthiness as a father, taking care of them and being a role model for his children.  This most likely contributed to the judge’s orders.  A family lawyer who is not involved in the case suspects that until the children are 18, both parties will be in court fighting.  Only time will tell.
