Uma Thurman has recently become engaged to Swiss multimillionaire Arpad “Arki” Busson. The couple made the announcement on Saturday in London’s ‘The Times’. Uma’s engagement ring was a reported 8-plus carat stunner and a close source of the diamond ring has said “It’s the most beautiful piece I’ve ever seen, Arki did a wonderful job.” Thurman and Busson began dating last summer when both parties attended a private dinner in Milan. Though Thurman lives in New York and Busson in London, the pair’s burgeoning romance has been able to put other long distance relationships to shame. Thurman’s former hubbies include Ethan Hawke and Gary Oldman while Busson is father to two children with ex-wife and supermodel Elle Macpherson.
