Kimora Lee Simmons gets sole custody of girls!
Kimora Lee Simmons has been granted sole custody of her two daughters, Ming, 8, and Aoki, 5, whose father is Russell Simmons.
The Insider is reporting that hip-hop mogul Russell will only get to see his two daughters for one week every eight weeks. However, he will get them for longer during holidays and summer vacations.
Lucky for Kimora, in addition to sole custody, she will get $20, 000 per child per month in child support. This money will come to a halt only when Ming and Aoki turn 19 and a half, or until they are emancipated, married, become self-supporting, join the armed forces or stop living with Kimora.
Lastly, Russell will also be required to buy or lease a car valued at $60, 000 or more for his girls every 24 months.
Good thing he’s loaded!
