It seems Lauren Conrad is having more trouble with friendships. People.com reported a rift between MTV’s The Hills stars Lauren Conrad and roommate Audrina Patridge, orginating from LC’s friendhship with Lauren ‘Lo’ Bosworth.

“Honestly I think that Lauren and I have been making a sincere effort to reach out to her,” Bosworth told PEOPLE. “I feel like we’re all kind of in a dark place right now.”

Since this season’s dramatic finale, it’s caught attention that Audrina and Lauren have kept their distance at certain Hollywood events. However, it was confirmed that Patridge is still rooming with Conrad.

“There’s a little bit of tension, but we’ll work it out,” Conrad told PEOPLE. Though when questioned for a possiblity of her moving out, “I don’t know. We don’t know.”

“We’re just trying to work it and see what happens,” Patridge said to PEOPLE. “We’re all so busy now and going in different directions. [Drama] does happen and it doesn’t mean you don’t have to stop being friends. You can still be friends but just not be together all the time.”

“in the end, hopefully. But … ” She paused for a long moment. “I don’t know.”
