TMZ reported that Jennifer Murray, wife of Lost in Translation actor Bill Murray, has filed complaint in court alleging he physically abused her.

Jennifer Murray, who has been with Bill Murray for over 10 years, since 1997 and has had four children for him has filed for divorce. In the complaint, Jennifer Murray reportedly moved out of their home because of her husband’s “adultery, addiction to marijuana and alcohol, abusive behavior, physical abuse, sexual addictions and frequent abandonment.”

The complaint also held a detailed incident of assault, in which Murray allegedly abused his wife in November 2007. The six-page court filing says Murray “hit his wife in the face and then told her she was ‘lucky he didn’t kill her.’”

Jennifer Murray has also requested a restraining order from the court as well as a re-examination of their pre-nuptial agreement which states that she’ll get $7 million if they divorce.
