Heather Mills has declined a $200,000 offer to be become the face of Britian’s biggest sex store chain, Private Shops.

The company hoped the 40-year-old former porn star would front their upcoming ad campaign — by modeling fantasy wear to promote a range of adult material.

But Heather — dubbed Mucca due to her porn past — refused the offer.

A Private Shops spokesman said: “Heather is beautiful, outspoken, has charisma and is a wonderful mother.

“She would have appealed to all our customers. Men would have loved her looks and figure while our female clientele could associate with her ambition and strength of character.”

A spokesman for Heather — who won a $48.6m divorce settlement from Sir Paul McCartney — said it was not the right “direction” for her career.
