Single premiere: Vanessa Hudgens “Sneakernight”

inally, a new material from Vanessa Hudgens has been serviced to Radio Disney. A song called “Sneakernight” has been premiered on the radio outlet on Friday, and announced as the first single from her forthcoming third studio album, “Identified”.

“Sneakernight” is an uptempo piece with pop sound and catchy chorus. It’s basically telling about the “second round” of party and dancing after everything has “closed down”. In the chorus she sings: “Basically what we’re gonna do is dance/ It will come easily when you hear the beat/ Basically what we’re gonna do is dance”.

The album is set for release on June 24 and boast contributions by Hilary Duff and producer Sean Garrett but nothing has been confirmed yet.

  1. It’s been widely reported that the Hilary Duff song, while recorded, was dropped from the album because the sound of the song was so radically different from the rest of the album. Also, this is the second studio album from Vanessa, not the third.
