Socialite Paris Hilton has been left with a swollen and grazed chin after she was swarmed by paparazzi while exiting a restaurant in the Czech Republic.

She is currently touring with boyfriend Benji Madden and his band Good Charlotte in Europe, with the pair squeezing in a romantic sightseeing tour together in Prague on Sunday (30Mar08). But their plans were scuppered when the 27-year-old’s presence led to hysteria amongst photographers clambering to take her picture, with a major fight breaking out amongst rival snappers.

And after seeking solace in a local restaurant in Prague’s famous Staromestska Square, Hilton fell trying to escape the paparazzi as she tried to make her exit from the eaterie.
