Kate Moss is planning to host a gypsy-themed engagement bash this summer.

Speaking to friends at a private party last week, the supermodel confirmed rumours that she is planning to marry musician Jamie Hince in September.

Moss told her friends, including Davinia Taylor, Sadie Frost and Lily Allen, that the party has to be the biggest she has ever thrown. She quickly became excited by the prospect of a gypsy theme, which was suggested by Lily.

“Kate told everyone she wants a big blow-out in the summer, so she has a couple of months to plan it,” a source told the Sunday Mirror. “They are thinking about having the actual wedding in September, so the plan is to hold an engagement party in August to give them both enough time to recover before their stag and hen do’s. Kate asked all her mates for ideas for the engagement and Lily Allen suggested a gypsy-themed party. Kate got really excited and started talking about what dress she could wear for that.”
