May Pang reveals all about John Lennon in her new book “Instamatic Karma”
May Pang, Beatle John Lennon’s former assistant, revealed that John Lennon is a secret womaniser! She recently celebrated the publication of her photographs of John Lennon, taken during an 18 month period from 1973 to 1975 when the two were living together while the Beatle took a break from Yoko Ono. The book titled “Instamatic Karma” features Pang’s anecdotes and photographs of John relaxing and enjoying friends Mick Jagger, Paul and Linda McCartney, Ringo, Bowie, the much missed Keith Moon of The Who, and the still vivacious May Pang.
In the book, May Pang has revealed that John was a secret womaniser, and that he even cheated on her while they were seeing each other. Lennon’s romance with Pang went on for about 18 months after his wife Yoko Ono set them up, in a bid to save her marriage.
“I know he had a couple of affairs. But he would come back. And when I found out, he’d say, ‘I’m sorry.’ And I forgave him. It was his insecurity. He was like, ‘I’m with somebody, am I making the right decisions?’ and he did something stupid, and he came back.”
She added: “It was just one-night stands. He had one in New York and one in LA. I forgave him. Absolutely. It was one night. What was I going to do? It wasn’t something that carried on over and over and over again.”
May Pang, 57, is currently a photographer, artist and jewelry designer and lives in New York.

May herself confirms how unhappy John was with her in her first book “Loving John”. She states over and over how John was drunk, in fact she gave John being drunk MORE publicity then the two Troubador incidents. In her book she states six examples of John going on a drunken rampage. May also states several times in detail how John beat her and wanted to end the relationship more then once. How can she carry on now like it was some great love affair when she in her own words described how terrible this relationship was?
