The Punisher star Thomas Jane was busted early this morning for DUI.
Jane was stopped in his Maserati for driving at “an extremely high rate of speed” in Kern County, Calif. TMZ says he failed several field sobriety tests and that he was driving with a suspended license. He was booked and released. Jane, who is married to actress Patricia Arquette (shown here celebrating her 2005 Emmy win), will be arraigned April 9.
