The Real Housewives of New York City premieres Tuesday, March 4 at 11 p.m. (Tonight) on Bravo. The Real Housewives of New York City began filming last summer, with it’s cast being followed by cameras up to five days a week. This East Coast-accented spinoff to The Real Housewives of Orange County follows five superficial women ( Alex McCord, Jill Zarin, Bethenny Frankel, Ramona Singer, LuAnn de Lesseps) through their lives in the city that never sleeps.
