Madonna’s is a woman on a mission! She’s been busy buying up chunks of London lately and her latest investment in a traditional London Pub “The Punch Bowl”. Madge and her hubby Guy Ritchie just paid $5 million (£2.5 million) for the 18th Century The Punchbowl in Mayfair, buying it from their friend Greg Foreman. A source tells People, “She (Madonna) absolutely adores the pub. They pop in regularly to get away from it all. “Madonna loves the beer and Guy meets all his pals down there. They have been desperate to own this place for a long time and have been making offers on it for ages. Now it has finally happened. It’s only around the corner from their West End home. She will be the most glamorous landlady alive.” Earlier this year Madonna spent $12 million dollars on the property next door to their home so she could build a gym. It must be nice to be Madonna! We go to a bar and buy our own drinks, she goes to a bar and buys the building.
