Petra Nemcova has slammed reports she is dating Sean Penn - insisting she is just good “friends” with the 47-year-old actor.

The pair fueled speculation of a possible romance after arriving arm-in-arm for Elton John’s annual AIDS Foundation post-Oscar party on Sunday

However, 28-year-old Petra - who previously dated British singer James Blunt - claims she and Sean - who recently announced the end of his 11-year marriage to wife Robin, are just friends. “Yes, we are friends,” she said. “He is on the advisory board of my charity.”

Petra - who launched The Happy Hearts Fund for disadvantaged youngsters in 2005 after surviving the Indian Ocean tsunami tragedy - happily posed for photographers at the exclusive bash with Sean’s arm around her waist.

The pair also reportedly enjoyed each other’s company at Los Angeles club Villa on Saturday.
