Embattled former couple Paul McCartney and Heather Mills are set for a fresh court battle - over their daughter Beatrice’s trust fund.

The pair - who were unable to reach an agreement over their divorce settlement at London’s High Court last week and are now waiting for the judge’s verdict on a financial settlement - are reportedly locked in another bitter argument over Paul’s decision to ask Beatrice’s half-sister Stella to sit on the board of trustees who will look after four-year-old’s future.

Heather, who is sworn enemies with fashion designer Stella, Paul’s 36-year-old daughter with his beloved late wife Linda, was allegedly livid when she heard of the plans, screaming: “Keep that woman away from my daughter and my life.”

A source told Britain’s News of the World newspaper: “Heather wants none of it and has told Paul in no uncertain terms that she will fight any role Stella has in Bea’s life to the bitter end, even if that means taking it to court.”
