Reality TV has paid off well for Lauren Conrad. The Hills star paid $2,360,000 for a renovated Spanish-style house on Los Angeles’ Sunset Strip (1627 N. Orange Grove Avenue). She bought it last month. Features of the 1922 house include a courtyard entry, three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a den, refinished hardwood floors, a custom kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances and Carrera marble. There’s also a detached guest house, pool and outdoor fireplace.
