Billy Ray Cyrus and Miley Cyrus apologize for not buckling their seat belts

Billy Ray Cyrus has apologized for not wearing a seatbelt. He and daughter Miley have been berated by Consumer Reports magazine for not buckling up in a scene in her concert movie. “We got caught up in the moment of filming, and we made a mistake and forgot to buckle our seatbelts,” Billy Ray says. “Seatbelt safety is extremely important,” he adds. Indeed!
