Bruni, 39, who signed her wedding certificate “Mrs. Carla Bruni Sarkozy,” wore a white dress and looked “ravishing as usual,” according to Paris’s 8th Arrondissement Mayor Francois Lebel, who officiated the 20-minute ceremony. Félicitations!
