Usher Raymond III, father to singing sensation Usher, has reportedly died suddenly Friday. MediaTakeOut is reporting that Usher’s father and namesake died “suddenly” of unspecified causes on Friday in Atlanta. The Raymond Family tells the website that “Usher, his wife Tameka and mother Jonetta Patton were all by Usher Sr.’s side when he passed.”Usher Sr. battled a crack-cocaine addiction for most of his life. But throughout all the difficulties, Usher and his father maintained a solid relationship.
