Commissioner Scott Gordon has just ruled that Britney Spears will not have visitation restored, and that the decision will not waver until the next hearing on February 19. This comes after a slew of witnesses, including police, firefighters and paramedics, testified regarding the standoff last week. “This ruling is a result exclusively of what Commisioner Gordon heard and had before him at the end of the court day,” a court officer said at a press conference Monday afternoon. Until then, there is a possibility that Britney could see her kids if her lawyers ask for an emergency hearing before the 19th and a change is made to visitation at that time. The court officer expressed displeasure with Spears’ lack of communication with the sheriff’s department. “The word victory is not something that Mister Federline nor his counsel would ascribe to the result of the court ruling today,” said K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan at the press conference. “There is no jouyoys feeling tin this this is grave situation for everyone. At some point, it is Mister Federline’s hope to parent the minor children with participation from the mother.” Britney was not required to be at court on Monday. She showed up but left without entering the courtroom.
