Police issued restraining order against Britney Spears

BritneyAccording to People magazine the LAPD placed a temporary restraining order on Spears last Thursday night during the explosive custody standoff that cost the fallen pop star all visitation rights with her two young sons. The temporary restraining order, which is otherwise known as an “emergency protective order” is enforced for five business days. It is said that officers did it to “stabilize the situation,”confirmed Kevin Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan. Spears and Federline’s next custody hearing is on Jan. 14.
