Paris Hilton has sent her love and best wishes to her hospitalized pal Britney Spears. Hilton, who faced her own troubles including jail time last year, says she is “hoping (Britney) will get better, get some help, and do better in 2008.”Meanwhile, Britney is under a 5150 hold for mental evaluation. A 5150 hold means doctors are entitled to hold Spears for 72 hours as they fear she is a danger to herself and others. The troubled diva was rushed to the hospital last night after a custody stand off with her ex-husband Kevin Federline. Kevn was later awarded sole custody of their two children until January 14.
