Pregnant socialite Nicole Richie has moved in with her rocker boyfriend Joel Madden in preparation for the arrival of their child. The 26 year-old is due to give birth this month and has moved her belongings into the Good Charlotte frontman’s home.“Nicole sold her West Hollywood condo. She and Joel are living full-time at his place now,”said an insider. Nicole sold her West Hollywood apartment for $2.25 million, almost doubling her money on the 2,246 square-foot, two bedroom, 10th-floor unit in the Empire West building. She paid $1.18 million for it back in 2005. It was also reported that Nicole’s adopted dad Lionel Richie bought the expectant mother a $1.2 million town house as a surprise. Nicole and Joel are also said to be looking at other properties in LA and downtown Manhattan
