How the stars will spend Christmas

Katie Holmes: “My whole family and Tom’s whole family will go up to Telluride [Colo.] again,” she tells Parade. “We ski. We have big dinners and laugh. We love cooking. My mom’s stuffing is my favorite. I’m a huge fan of pie, especially pecan. I will probably cook some garlic mashed potatoes and maybe a cheesecake. We always make a lot of sugar cookies with decorating and sprinkles. Suri will be in the dough everywhere. Tom has shown me the greatness of extra chocolate chips. Tom’s really good in the kitchen. He makes great pasta carbonara and lemon pasta.”

Madonna: “We canceled Christmas a few years ago,” Guy Ritchie, Madge’s hubby, told People. “Stopped all the presents. And ever since [we] stopped the presents, we’re are actually enjoying it.” So this year’s celebration will be a quiet affair. “We are not sure what we are doing,” he added. “Probably staying in London.”

Nicolas Cage: He’ll be in England with his 2-year-old son, Kal-El, and wife Alice Kim. “They’re out there in England now, waiting for me to get home,” the 43-year-old star told OK! at the NYC premiere of his new movie National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets held Dec. 13. “As soon as I’m done here tomorrow, I’m going back there to have my holiday.”

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie
: “We’ll be here through Christmas,” Angelina told Us magazine at a party in New Orlean’s Lower Night Ward, where Brad launched his Make It Right foundation. Says Brad in an interview on tonight’s Entertainment Tonight: “It will be chaotic! Our four year old, I think it will be his first Christmas experience. Our two year old will start to make some memories. We’re excited about this Christmas. You try to shove what’s important to you onto your kids, so we were watching ‘Rudolph’ and my oldest looks at me and says, ‘Dad this is weird!’

Will Smith: “Jada is very specific about Christmas,” he told Entertainment Tonight. “She will try and find the place with the most snow and she will schedule us to go places based on the most snowfall. We’ll be in Denton, Montana because they have projected 14 inches of snow on Christmas Eve. We have a tradition, a Christmas Eve sleigh ride.”
