Karolina Kurkova and fellow model Adriana Lima proved that a model’s life isn’t all champagne and caviar.The supermodels crammed an astonishing number of wardrobe changes into a three-day, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. shoot, all while running around the streets of St. Bart’s for a new Victoria’s Secret ad campaign. Meanwhile, Karolina Kurkova has been named the face of the new Dell XPS One computer.
