Paris Hilton desperately wants to get back together with her shipping heir ex, Stavros Niarchos. The heiress, who is in South Beach for the annual Art Basel festivities along with the playboy, has spent the last week following Stavros around like a dog even socked a woman in the face after she got a little to close to him. Paris Hilton first ran into him at Mansion Wednesday night, where he was hosting the official Art Basel kickoff party. The shipping heir was accompanied by Brandon Davis’ ex-girlfriend, Caroline Vreeland, and Paris was very unpleased. “She literally stood on Stavros’ table and began screaming at him. Then she started dancing and trying to get his attention. Paris went to great lengths trying to get Stavros’ date kicked out, begging club security to get rid of the girl”, stated PageSix. “Paris was so furious, she ended up walking up to the girl and just punched her.” Last week she also tried to hook up with Stavros but, according to sources, he “wanted nothing to do with her and seemed so annoyed by her, he left the party to go hang with Paris’ frenemy Lindsay Lohan.” Paris, 26, was then seen wandering around “asking where Stavros had gone.”Ouch!
