Lindsay Lohan has gone back to work after her stint in rehab and serving 84 minutes in jail. She was spotted out in Los Angeles on Tuesday Hollywood for a photo shoot with members of the Justice League including Spiderman, Batman and Robin, and The Hulk. According to Lindsay’s rep, “She is concentrating on her life and her career.” And that means filming her latest movie Dare to Love Me and recording a new album. Meanwhile, there are rumors that Lindsay is back with old flame Stavros Niarchos after breaking it off with snowboarder Riley Giles. She was spotted with the shipping heir Tuesday in Hollywood. This may cause another rift between her and Paris Hilton Hilton. PageSix reports that Paris tried to hook up with Niarchos who “wanted nothing to do with her and seemed so annoyed by her, and he left the party” to go hang with Lohan.Ouch!
